David Williams


David holds degrees in Jurisprudence, Law and Arts and practiced corporate and commercial Law as a Partner in Western Australian Law Firms until 2002. Since 2002 David has focused on business where he holds executive and non-executive roles in a number of business interests.
David is currently Chairman of Omega Walnuts (since 2006), WA’s largest commercial walnut plantation, Chairman of NWPI (since 2013), a North West Australian Hospitality Company, as well as his role as Chairman of Environmental Technologies Group.
David also owns a number of hospitality outlets and is involved in charities for our Servicemen and native animals. He is a former Board member of Cricket Australia and former Chairman of the WACA (2004-2013).

David Campbell

Managing Director

David has spent the majority of the last 17 years owning and managing start-up businesses servicing the commercial and industrial sectors. Gaining a large part of his experience working for the Spotless Group for 13 years in both the Hospitality and Textile Rental markets David then moved on to starting his own textile rental company in 1995, this was eventually sold to ISS where David became the Australian Operations Manager. Leaving ISS in late 2003 David worked as an operational consultant for a multi-national service company based in Singapore.

Moving back to Australia in 2004 David started CWS Australia as the managing partner and sold the business to Rentokil Initial in late 2006. David joined ETG in early 2007 and has been with the company throughout this recent transitional period and has overseen the expansion of the business into Singapore and Malaysia. David was appointed CEO in 2008 and promoted to the Board in 2010.

Joshua Rowe

Non –Executive Director

Joshua is a managing partner of the private equity firm, Hawkesbridge Capital. Joshua holds a bachelor of Law degree from Bond University as well as a Bachelor of Science and a Graduate Diploma from Murdoch University majoring in Environmental Science.

After spending his early working years specialising in corporate and commercial law for Anderson Legal Josh moved into private equity and spent three years working on private equity transactions in the technology, environmental and resources sectors predominately working with buyers and investors from North America and Australia.

Josh was an establishment partner of Hawkesbridge in 2002; Hawkesbridge Capital is a leading Australian funds management firm that manages over $200 million in funds for institutional investors. They are backed by superannuation funds with over $15 billion in funds under management.

Brendan Sulway

Non-Executive Director

Brendan is a Partner at Hawkesbridge Capital. At Hawkesbridge Capital Brendan is responsible for deal origination, transaction execution, managing and monitoring the investment portfolio and managing the exit of investments.

Prior to joining Hawkesbridge, Brendan was an Executive with PricewaterhouseCoopers where he spent a number of years in both the Corporate Restructuring team and the Project Finance team. During his time with PricewaterhouseCoopers he was involved in a number of prominent Public Private Partnership (PPP) projects, M&A transactions, due diligence assignments and business reviews.

Brendan holds a Bachelor of Business majoring in both Accounting and Economics from the University of Technology Sydney (UTS), is a Senior Associate member of the Financial Services Institute of Australia (FINSIA) and is a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Brendan is also currently a Director of BHA Holdings Pty Ltd and Bylaser Group Pty Ltd.

Michael Foulds

Non-Executive Director

Michael holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mining Engineering, First Class Mine Managers Certificates in both Western Australia and the Republic of Fiji and is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Michael worked as a Mining Engineer and Mine Manager at various operations between 1985 and 1995 following which Michael became both a major shareholder and Company Director in a number of private enterprises.
